As part of the Grampians Fine Wine Festival, Salingers is bringing together two things that were always meant to be enjoyed together – freshly made pizza and great cool-climate Pinot.

For one Friday night only, settle in at Salingers with a special pizza menu created to enjoy alongside Seppelt Drumborg Pinot Noir and Seppelt Drumborg Pinot Meunier.

Both wines come from Seppelt’s Drumborg Vineyard in the cool climate of south-west Victoria, giving guests the chance to enjoy two different expressions of the Pinot family side by side.

The kitchen will be firing up a selection of special pizzas for the evening, with toppings designed around the bright fruit, savoury characters and freshness of the wines.

Order a pizza, grab a glass of Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier (or try both) and discover which pairing is your favourite.

There’s no formal tasting and no complicated wine rules. Pizza & Pinot is simply about enjoying good food, interesting wine and a relaxed Friday night at Salingers.
