The Red Series 2026 — Competition

1. The Promoter

The competition is promoted by Grampians Wine (the Promoter). For enquiries, contact info@grampianswine.com.au.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday 1st July 2026 and closes at 12:00pm AEST on Friday 10th July 2026. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the competition landing page at grampianswine.com.au and submit a valid email address during the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive:

• A double pass to The Red Series 2026 (Ballarat Mining Exchange, 17–18 July 2026), including a gourmet hors d’oeuvres box for two

• One night’s accommodation for two at The George Hotel, Ballarat (subject to availability, blackout dates apply).

• An Itinerant Spirits Gallivanter Gin pack

• Six bottles of Grampians wine

Total prize value is over $850 (AUD). The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Friday 10th July 2026. The draw will take place at 5.00pm AEST. The draw is conducted by the Promoter and the judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw using the email address provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Redemption

The Red Series double pass is valid for one session only on either Friday 17th or Saturday 18th July 2026. Session preference is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the Promoter within 48 hours of winner notification. Accommodation at The George Hotel is subject to availability and must be booked directly with the hotel by the winner. Travel to and from Ballarat is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during this competition will be used by Grampians Wine for the purpose of administering the competition and, with the entrant’s consent, for future marketing communications. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. 10. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a manner deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition in the event of circumstances outside its control. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.

11. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition, including the announcement of their name on Grampians Wine’s social media channels.

12. Applicable Law

This competition is subject to all applicable Australian federal, state and territory laws. The competition is conducted in Victoria, Australia.
