Hello and welcome to your invitation to join the exhibitors at Red Series at the Ballarat Mining Exchange for 2023.
We are delighted to extend an exclusive invitation to join us as an exhibitor at the Red Series event, held at the prestigious Ballarat Mining Exchange.
This year there we will be hosting THREE sessions. After the quick sell-out of the evening session, it has been decided to run two evening sessions (Friday & Saturday evening 5pm – 8pm) along with a ‘quiet’ afternoon session without music for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere and a chance to really connect with the winemakers.
There will be 22 stalls available – 11 for the Grampians Wine region and 11 for the Pyrenees Region.

All sessions have 400 tickets available. (1200 total)
WINERY COST: $450
Bump-in is on Friday 28th July 2023 from 10:00 am
Bump out is after the last event closes from 8 pm on Saturday evening
Please note – wine stock is limited to 3 wines from each winery
Trestles & table clothes will be supplied.
There will be 11 wineries from the Pyrenees Wine Region & 11 wineries from the Grampian Wine Regions represented. If either Wine Region can’t fill their 11 spaces, then the other wine region can fill in the numbers.
