Join us and our talented winemakers Jacob Parton and Dom Bolton for a very special vertical wine tasting. We have raided the underground cellar and found a few gems in our museum wine collection including some 1970 Bin 0 Hermitage and 2012 E.V.T 51 Riesling, our first vintage of what we now call the Foudre Ferment Riesling.

Jacob and Dom are pleased to be showing six Rieslings in this style, the 2022 Foudre Ferment Riesling vintage won the highly coveted Halliday Wine of the Year as ‘Best Wine in Show’ and ‘Best Riesling of the Year.’ The 1970 Bin 0 Hermitage starts your vertical Shiraz journey as Jacob and Dom taste through a selection of Shiraz from the last 20 odd years. Best’s Bin No. 0 Shiraz 2012 and a few in between 2021, this wine style was recently deemed as “Classified” in Langton’s Classification of Australian VIII. Previously known as “Outstanding” in the 2018 Classification VII.
